We’re hosting Mimbre Circus Central, an amazing day of performance and workshops in Hackney in September, come and join us!

7th September 2013 – 12pm-5pm

Taking advantage of the temporary pedestrianisation on the Narrow Way at the top of Mare Street (E8 1HY), Mimbre will be taking over the whole area for a day. With performances by us and some of our amazing friends as well as workshops for all the family it’s going to be fantastic.

You can look forward to seeing:

Mimbre performing our beautiful show Falling Up

Mrs H and the Singalong Band entertaining us with their Sing along songs

Betty Brawn -Strong Lady wowing us with her feats of strength and grace,

Other Half with their amazing new show, Two for Tea

There will also be lots for you to get involved with, such as making your own juggling balls and learning how to juggle, trying some acrobatics, having fun with vegetables and the Secret Seed Society as well as taking part in the new mash-up street-dance sensation, the Maypole. You can also bring along your bike and check in with London Fields Cycles at their bike surgery before trying out the bicycle obstacle course. Enjoy some food and drink with us, have a bounce on the castle and generally just come along for a great day in the heart of Hackney!
